Marketplace Terms

Decks in the marketplace are listed by Mile Arc Limited and priced in generation tokens — the in-app currency described in section 5 of the Terms of Use. Some decks are free. Each listing shows its token price before you confirm, and the tokens are deducted from your balance at that point.

Once acquired, the deck is added to your library and stays available to your account, on any device where you are signed in with the same Apple Account.

Acquiring a deck grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use its artwork inside Tarot Sanctum, and to share individual card images from your own readings. It does not transfer ownership of the artwork, and it does not permit you to resell, redistribute, or license the deck or its images to anyone else, or to use them to train a machine-learning model.

Tokens spent to acquire a deck are non-refundable, because the deck is delivered to your library immediately. Tokens themselves are bought through Apple In-App Purchase, and any refund of that purchase is handled by Apple — see section 7 of the Terms of Use. Nothing here limits any non-waivable statutory right you have under the consumer law of your country.

We may add, change the token price of, or withdraw a listing at any time. Withdrawing a listing does not remove a deck you have already acquired from your library. If a deck has to be removed for legal or rights reasons, we will tell you and credit the tokens you spent on it.
